Market Leader Range

The Market Leader is the result of substantial investment in new production plant and materials and concrete moulding technology. This has given us the design freedom to create a radically new concept which brings a host of new benefits while still eminently affordable..... Market Leader is still the only mono-pitched roof garage with a 5 degree pitch - the roofing industry's standard for rain proofing in the most severe weather conditions. All Steel trusses are treated against corrosion and most components are non-combustible and entirely maintenance free. As with all L & M Garages, you can adapt the structure to suit your individual needs by specifying windows or personal side entry doors in steel and redwood. If multiple or battery garages are required the Market Leader is perfectly ideal for adaption.

Brackley Range

The Brackley range is built to the same impeccable standards as per all L & M garages and comes in three handsome finishes, Redbrick, Spa and Sandbrick. The Spa finish is an extremely durable, weatherproof surface with a unique neutral colour which blends inconspicuously with any surrounding buildings. The eaves height will be no lower than 6'10" and as with all of the garages in the Brackley range incorporates the 12 degree roof pitch for more efficient water run-off and extra storage space. All Brackley garages offer maximum internal storage space thanks to an ingenious flush wall design whereby dished panels lock precisely and firmly together with no obstructing concrete posts or inward protruding bolts.

The Extra High Brackley Range

At L & M, we listen to our customers needs and react to their comments. A need was established for an extra high building with a flush wall design. So L&M have designed one... The Brackley Extra High - each panel is 8'6" high, 1'4" wide and 3" thick. From this basic module we can create any combination of size for any possible application - from club house or store room to a workshop with enough space to accommodate a small lorry or camper van. Galvanised swing doors or timber swing doors are available on this model and gives you 8 foot high openings. If up and over doors are used the door height is reduced to 7 foot 6 inches.

Standlake Range

Introducing the new 'Standlake' garage....This new innovative design was brought about by a culmination of 40 years experience in the manufacturing of concrete garages and listening to our customers needs. The Standlake benefits from 3-inch thick reinforced one length panels, which makes this garage extremely strong. The 7-foot high up and over door is a unique feature to L& M Sturdy Garages as we offer this as a standard fitting. The Standlake is a versatile building that can be custom designed to create Garages, Home Offices, Workshops, Gyms or Sheds.

The Popular Range

The Popular, like our Market leader garages benefits from a total re-think of garage design, construction and installation. This is made possible by investment in new production processes; in particular our new concrete moulds we've made include maintenance free concrete moulding technology. Just some of the changes we have made include maintenance free concrete fascias to front and rear. The 7'6" eaves height represents another first for L & M. We have also increased the pitch of the roof to 12". The steeper roofs provide efficient water run-off and even more storage space in the roof truss.
